1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Elite Skills Library service ("Service") operated by 1Shot Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Elite Skills Library is a subscription-based platform that provides:

A library of skills for Claude Code (AI coding assistant)
API access for retrieving skills programmatically
A Claude Code plugin for integrated skill delivery
A web dashboard for managing your subscription and API keys

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing and features are displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of a new subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support.

5. API Usage and API Keys

5.1 API Access

Subscribers receive API access through API keys. API keys are personal and should not be shared with others.

5.2 Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. Current rate limits are documented in our API documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary access restrictions.

5.3 API Key Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. If you believe an API key has been compromised, you should immediately revoke it and generate a new one. We are not responsible for unauthorized usage of compromised API keys.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Share your API keys or account credentials with others
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the skills content
Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download skills content
Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All skills content, documentation, and materials provided through the Service are owned by 1Shot Labs LLC or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skills content for your personal or internal business purposes.

7.2 License Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the skills content without our prior written permission. The skills are licensed, not sold.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

8.2 Skills Content

While we strive to provide high-quality skills, we do not warrant that the skills will meet your specific requirements or produce specific results. The skills are intended as guidance and should be reviewed and adapted for your use case.

8.3 AI Output

The skills are designed to enhance AI assistant output. We are not responsible for the output generated by AI systems using our skills. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1SHOT LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1Shot Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

Violation of these Terms
Non-payment of subscription fees
Abuse of the Service or API
At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@1shotlabs.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, you may pursue formal legal action.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative proceeding.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1Shot Labs LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
